斗山移動(dòng)動(dòng)力于2012年3月19 - 21日參加了在北京新國(guó)際展覽中心舉辦的第十二屆中國(guó)國(guó)際石油石化技術(shù)裝備展覽會(huì)。在此期間，公司展出了最新研發(fā)的斗山品牌移動(dòng)式空壓機(jī)XHP985WCAT，并通過視頻文件和獨(dú)特的彈力模型向觀眾全方位地展示了斗山移動(dòng)動(dòng)力產(chǎn)品與運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)。
百年品質(zhì)傳承，嶄新品牌呈現(xiàn)。斗山集團(tuán)自2007年收購(gòu)英格索蘭的工程機(jī)械業(yè)務(wù)以來(lái)，一直為其移動(dòng)式空壓機(jī)保留著英格索蘭品牌。隨著新工廠的建立和專業(yè)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的擴(kuò)充和加強(qiáng)，品牌轉(zhuǎn)換進(jìn)入了倒計(jì)時(shí)。如今，最新研發(fā)的XHP985型空壓機(jī)貼上了嶄新的斗山品牌，并首次公開亮相于CIPPE國(guó)際石油石化技術(shù)裝備展。此次參展已成為斗山移動(dòng)動(dòng)力歷史上一個(gè)重要的里程碑。
斗山XHP985型移動(dòng)式空壓機(jī)繼承了英格索蘭品牌百年來(lái)所堅(jiān)持的卓越品質(zhì)。XHP985配備了高壓縮效率的英格索蘭兩級(jí)噴油螺桿主機(jī)和動(dòng)力強(qiáng)勁的卡特彼勒C13型柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，額定排氣量為27.9m３/min，排氣壓力為24.1bar。XHP985采用了諸多創(chuàng)新技術(shù)和先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)，如泄壓停機(jī)和輔助啟動(dòng)功能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)極高的可維護(hù)性、耐久性和使用便利性。XHP985配備了彈簧鋼板行走系統(tǒng)機(jī)構(gòu)，燃油箱平衡位于輪子上方的兩側(cè)，可在任何路況的工地上行走。
斗山XHP985型移動(dòng)式空壓機(jī)可廣泛應(yīng)用于油田鉆井、地?zé)帷?a target=_blank href="http://www.gzmxjj.cn/news/html/201112/63483.html">煤層氣開發(fā)、水井開挖、應(yīng)急搶險(xiǎn)、鉆爆等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。在過去的三十多年里，200多臺(tái)斗山移動(dòng)式空壓機(jī)曾服務(wù)于國(guó)內(nèi)的石油石化行業(yè)，型號(hào)包括HP900、XHP1070、XHP1170和C185 ，品質(zhì)和服務(wù)受到了該行業(yè)用戶的一致好評(píng)。公司美國(guó)總部研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的XXHP1270是行業(yè)內(nèi)最前沿的產(chǎn)品，同樣可應(yīng)用于石油石化行業(yè)。XXHP1270配備了英格索蘭螺桿主機(jī)和卡特彼勒C18柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，在34.5bar的工作壓力下可提供36.8m3/min的排氣量以及24.1bar的工作壓力下可提供42.5m3/min的排氣量，輸出動(dòng)力強(qiáng)勁。
此次展會(huì)期間，公司的柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組和移動(dòng)式照明設(shè)備也同樣受到了關(guān)注。斗山柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組制造工藝精湛，品質(zhì)達(dá)到國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)。機(jī)組啟動(dòng)迅速，可滿足應(yīng)急電力需求。機(jī)組采用國(guó)際著名品牌深�？刂破�，提供如8小時(shí)油箱，蓄電池等完善的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置以及齊全的可選配置。在環(huán)境溫度40度下滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行，無(wú)需降功率使用。

March 19th to 21st. China Local developed portable air compressor XHP985WCAT with new Doosan Brand displayed at the booth, which attracted a lots of visitors’ attention. A well-produced vedio demo Doosan portable power history, Brand and product family as well as special made PU model of portable air compressor also attracted visitors’ interesting.
Same superior product. Brand new name. Since Doosan group acquired Ingersoll Rand compressor and generator business in 2007, it is the first time to present Doosan Brand only and remove IR logo on the machine. With the support of own facility and local engineering team, brand transition is on schedule of countdown. The launch of XHP985WCAT with DOOSAN Logo on the machine on CIPPE appears to be an important milestone in DIPP history.
DOOSAN branded XHP985WCAT is the same superior as IR branded air compressor of over 100 years history. It is equipped with Ingersoll Rand two stage rotary screw airend and Caterpiller C13 diesel engine. The air flow is 27.9m3/min, and rated operating pressure is 24.1bar. New technology and advanced designs are adopted to XHP985, such as starting aid system and pressure release system which ensure its high durability, easy maintenance and convenient operation. XHP985 is also equipped with spring plate walking system and balanced fuel tank, which ensure that it can walk at all terrain.
DOOSAN branded XHP985WCAT portable air compressor can be applied in many industries such as oil & gas, geothermic, coalbed methane, Water well drilling, emergency and so on. In the past over 30 years, over 200 units of Doosan portable air compressors, covering HP900, XHP1070, XHP1170 and C185, have been working in China’s petro and petrochemical industry, which are highly appreciated by the users for their good performance and durability. The industrial standard XXHP1270, developed and manufactured by DIPP Stateville , can also be applied in petro and petrochemical industry. XXHP1270 is equipped with Ingersoll Rand airend and Caterpillar C18 diesel engine. Air flow reaches to 36.8m3/min @ 34.5bar rated pressure and 42.5m3/min @ 24.1bar.
