目前正在發(fā)生的國際金融危機(jī)也對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實體造成了嚴(yán)重的影響，但也對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整帶來了新的機(jī)遇。近日，國務(wù)院打出了擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、保增長發(fā)展目標(biāo)，帶動4萬億元基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投資的系列組合拳，國家發(fā)展和改革委員會又追加投資1000億。同時國務(wù)院剛剛出臺的“十大振興規(guī)劃”中就包含石化行業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)。
國家的政策傾向以及行業(yè)的新機(jī)遇，無疑將保持中國
石油石化工業(yè)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，給中外
石油裝備制造商帶來無限商機(jī)，也給本屆展會帶來了更多看點(diǎn)，本屆展會展出面積63,000平方米，比上一屆擴(kuò)大三成左右。
展會同期還舉辦了中國石油石化裝備制造業(yè)應(yīng)對金融危機(jī)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展論壇，
API 質(zhì)量體系與會標(biāo)認(rèn)證 / API 檢測員認(rèn)證（ICP），中國浮式生產(chǎn)儲油卸油（
FPSO）研討會等。

Ladies & Gentlemen, Good morning!
While the international financial crisis makes a huge hit on the real economy, it also brings opportunities to the adjustment of industrial structure. The state council has put forward a series of policies and measures, such as the development goals of expanding domestic demand, transferring the structure and increasing economic growth; driving RMB 4 trillion basic construction investment. Recently, National Development and Reform Commission also made a RMB 100 billion investment. And "Ten revitalization planning" introduced by the State Council includes the petrochemical and equipment manufacturing industry.
The country's policy priorities and the new opportunities of the industry will stabilize the development of China petroleum and petrochemical industry and bring more opportunities for Chinese or foreign manufacturers of petroleum equipments. They also bring more highlights for the current exhibition. With 63,000 square meters exhibit space, the exhibiting area has increased by 30% compared to last year.
The satellite events include China petroleum and petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry to address the financial crisis and sustainable development forum, API Quality & Monogram Certification Program/API Individual Certification Program, FPSO2009，and so on.
We believe
